Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (wraithstudiosatl.com) or booking a session at Wraith Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking, Deposits, and Payments

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of your session or immediately upon completion.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
  • Session Time: Your booked time includes setup, recording, and breakdown. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client.

3. Studio Rules and Conduct

  • No smoking, eating, or drinking near the studio equipment or consoles.
  • Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests. The studio reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if they are disruptive, intoxicated, or acting inappropriately.
  • Illegal substances and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises.

4. Equipment and Damages

Clients are financially responsible for any damage to Wraith Studios’ equipment, instruments, facilities, or property caused by the client or their guests due to negligence, misuse, or horseplay.

5. File Storage and Delivery

  • Once a session is complete and paid in full, audio files/mixes will be delivered to the client.
  • Backups: While we make efforts to secure our data, Wraith Studios is not responsible for the long-term storage or backup of your session files. Clients are strongly encouraged to bring a hard drive to take their files with them immediately after the session. We reserve the right to delete session files off our local drives 30 days after the session.

6. Intellectual Property

Wraith Studios makes no claim to the copyright of the music or audio recorded by the client. The client retains all ownership of their intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wraith Studios is not liable for any lost profits, missed deadlines, or consequential damages arising from equipment failure, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances that may delay or interrupt a session. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific session in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
